Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear Friends, Members of ESPN and IPNA On behalf of local organizing committee and the FlapTour, the professional congress organizer, it is my honor and pleasure to invite you to Krakow for the ESPN 45th Annual Meeting on September 6th – 8th 2012. I believe the former capital of Poland, the Royal City with the Jagiellonian University and its Faculty of Medicine, with its history and tradition interwoven with modernity, youthfulness, magic charm and wonders and finally Krakow -  the city of Pope John Paul II - the beloved place he was often returning to - is worth seeing.

The 2012 ESPN  Annual Meeting in the city of Krakow will make an opportunity for the renewal of old ties but also for meeting new friends in a unique location in the middle of Europe. This should give all pediatric nephrologists a strong inspiration for sharing information on their research and start new collaborative efforts.
I hope you will all enjoy our hospitality and discover the wonders of Krakow’s Old Town.
